The Jefferson Lodge is located in the nicely wooded, upperscale Arrowwood subdivision. Island Park's premier recreational community. The Lodge is brand new with over 3,000 sq. ft. and has nice large decks for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. It sits atop a large wooded 2 acre parcel. There is also great access to snowmobile trails in the winter.

The main level features a deluxe kitchen. A large table accommodates 6 and the island features 3 bar stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances—refrigerator/freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher and microwave.
The living room has nice leather furnishings and is beautifully decorated. Flat screen t.v with satelite.
The master suite includes a Queen-sized bed, beautiful dresser, sitting area and a gorgeous master bath with shower and Jacuzzi tub.
There is a 1/2 bath in the large laundry/mud room with custom hooks and shelving for snowmobile gear. Hang up your coat, store your skis or snow shoes, then relax.

The upper level features a large loft. A large desk for those who need to work while on vacation. 1-chair will fold out into a single bed. Kick back and rad a book or gaze out through the windows to goreous mountainous views.
the upper loft is open to those who want to bring sleeping bags. Towels and linens are provided for the beds. Floor huggers will need to bring sleeping bags and pillows.
Down the hall you will find 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen. 1-large bedroom with a 1-queen and 2- singles. 1-Bedroom with a bunkbed-double on the bottom and single on the top.
Very large family room is so comfortable and has a t.v. and kitchnette with microwave, under counter fridge, small sink, private deck with 2-chairs.

Cancellation Policy: When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are
refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds you
have paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and if
we can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
