The main floor level has one large bedroom, perfect for grandma and grandpa or a couple who needs privacy. Laundryroom and one full bath is also located on this floor.

The second floor offers five private bedrooms. Huge master bedroom with private bath including jetted tub and oversized tiled shower. Three of the four other rooms offer lofts for extra sleeping area. Another full guest bath is also located on this floor.

The main floor features an large kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area that opens into a 22 ft. vaulted living room with free standing gas stove. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, toasters, griddle, coffee maker, utensils, cookware, silverware and dinnerware. (Any specialty kitchen items should be brought in during your stay.)

Policies
DEPOSIT: One-half (1/2) of your total rental price must be paid and sent back with the rental agreement in order to confirm you reservation. The entire rental price must be paid in full sixty (60) days prior to your check-in date. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Personal checks must clear the bank before your reservations are secure.
CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4pm. Our cabin is usually available for check-in by this time; however, during peak season, there may be a slight delay to be sure the cabin is as clean as possible. Your patience is appreciated if this is the case.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11am sharp or before. Please try to abide by this so that our cabin can be cleaned for the next guests, especially during peak and holiday seasons.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES: Guests assume full responsibility for any damages. You will be charged for damages, missing items, or if the cabin is excessively dirty. Please treat our home as your own!
PETS/SMOKING: We may have guests with allergies and/or other health complications, therefore we have established a "No pets-No smoking" policy. Absolutely no pets allowed. If smoking or pet hair is found, you will be charged a $300.00 cleaning fee for each encounter and asked to leave immediately. Smoking outside on the porches only.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made more than 60 days prior to your check-in date in order to receive a refund. In such event, there will be a ($75) cancellation fee and the balance of any funds deposited shall be returned. If a reservation is cancelled 60 days or more before the check-in date, one hundred percent (100%) of the total rental price shall be charged. Special circumstances may occur and shall be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
REFUNDS: There will be no refunds for early departure, including weather conditions. Chains and/or 4-wheel vehicles may be necessary during the winter season. If there happens to be a problem with any appliance, heat/air, electric, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to take care of the problem, but you are responsible for your complete reservation once it has been made and confirmed.

Driving Directions
From either direction on Hwy 20,
(Aprox. mile marker 389/390)
turn west on Kilgore-Yale Road
(County Road A2) towards IP
Bill's Island and Eagle Ridge
Ranch. (Elk Creek Station is to
the east at this "T" intersection).
Half way along Kilgore-Yale Road,
you will cross the Henry's Fork at
McCrea Bridge Campground. Continue
straight for another 2.5 miles to
Winchester Road and turn right (north).
The cabin is on the corner
of Winchester and Patterson roads.

Cancellation Policy: When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds you have paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and if we can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
