Pre Order Requirements and Agreement
|

1. A signed and dated copy of the agreement on this page, must be submitted with ad copy and your full payment for the ad and fees, before the ad will be placed.
2. The order for the ad may be placed by regular mail, e-mail, telephone, or fax. Payment for your ad must be received before ad will be placed online. You can pay by check, money order, credit card or debit card. Online payment through our secure server is coming soon.
3. Your business must have a physical location (not a p.o. box only)
4. Ad contents must be in good taste and be morally sound. Island Park area directory reserves the right to refuse advertising that we deem inappropriate. We also reserve the right to remove an ad that was fraudulently placed or met with a justified complaint. In either case there will be no refund made.
5. Ads must be paid annually in advance when placed and renewals must be paid on or before renewal date. A two year payment may be made with a 20% discount on the second year.
6. In placing an ad with Island Park Idaho Online Directory, I/We agree to hold harmless Island Park Idaho.Com and Enchanted Forest Contracting, its owners and anyone connected to said companies, for any liability arising from the ad I/we place in the directory.
7. I/we agree that if the ad content is considered inappropriate by Island Park Directory, I/we understand the ad may be refused. I/we further understand that if the ad is pulled for just cause, value of remaining ad time is forfeited. Just cause would be considered fraudulent placement or a justified complaint.
8. I/we understand the full annual payment must be paid in advance of placement in the directory and that a signed and dated copy of this agreement must accompany payment. If I choose to pay monthly, I understand that a non refundable deposit of 20% of the annual cost of the ad plus optional extras, must be paid in advance of the placement, and that monthly payments of 10% of the

such payment will be taken by automatic payment by Visa or MasterCard.
9. I/we do understand that the waiver of the design fee is only allowed if I/we submit usable copy that is the exact size of the ad being placed, and is in .gif or .jpg format.
I/we understand that the design fee applies otherwise. I/we understand that any changes to the ad content after placement will be an additional charge of no less than $25.00 per half hour of the time it takes to make changes to your ad. $25.00
is the minimum charge for this service.
10. I/we do understand that in the A-Z Directory listing, that placement in any category is done on a first come first serve basis and not listed alphabetically.
11. I/we do understand that all ads are placed in the A-Z pages only. If you would like to advertise on our home page different rate will apply. Please let us know if you are interested in advertising on our home page.
12. I/we do further understand that we can place our ad in any number of categories, for a “ONE TIME” rate of $50.00 for one category, $75.00 for two additional categories, $90.00 for three additional categories and $100.00 for four additional categories. $10.00 per additional category after four. There will be NO renewal charges on established category listings. Such placement requires that the category applies to our business or service.
13. Finally, I/we do understand that if I/we do choose to remove the ad at anytime, there will be no refund.
