Amenities:
Log cabin was custom-built in 2002. Tastefully appointed with carpet, slate tile, maple cabinets, leather couches. Two bedrooms and a spacious loft hold four queen-size beds. There are two full baths, living room with wood stove on river rock hearth, dining area, sitting area in the loft with entertainment center, fully-equipped kitchen stocked with incidentals, laundry, outdoor deck with table and Weber charcoal grill, fire ring, stereo, and TV with VCR/DVD/satellite. Cabin sleeps eight comfortably. Windows on three sides open to views of the lake, and on the fourth side to a view of the woods.
Restrictions:
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. No pets.
Canoes, Kayaks, Rowboats, and Paddle Boats
Cabin owners Burt and Diane Butler are happy to make available one canoe and two kayaks to renters at no cost. We require a "release of liability" to be signed to use the canoe and kayaks. Life jackets must be worn.
Paul Hopperdietzel, longtime lake owner and developer, has rowboats and paddle boats available for rent ($10 a day, and $10 a day for life jackets).
Fishing:
The lake is well-stocked with trout. With rental of the cabin comes two fishing permits; additional fishing permits are $50 a week or $10 a day. Please advise ahead of time if more than two people will be fishing (under 12 years old free).
Swimming:
The water is a comfortable temperature for swimming by July and August. A swimming or fishing dock is located on the west side of the point. The southern and eastern sides of the point have a shallower, less rocky shoreline.
Groceries:
Full-service grocery stores are located in Ashton and St.Anthony,Idaho.

Cancellation Policy: When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are
refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds you
have paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and if
we can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
