Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Fully equipped
kitchen, Towels, linens, walking distance to club house.
Club House near by with swimming pool~hot tub/racket ball/tennis and golf.(all for an additional fee)

Cancellation Policy: When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are
refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds you
have paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and if
we can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
NO SMOKING, NO PETS Rates do not include 7% sales & lodging tax.
