Everyone knows that location is so important to the sucess of any business. We are located on Yale/Kilgore Rd.in the Shotgun area of Island Park. Great Location for people driving by and is very visible from the road. The Shotgun area is highly requested by guests wanting to get off of the main highway for some peace and tranquility.
Advertising:
www.islandparkidaho.com is a very popular website and gets a lot of hits every month. We are about to launch our first monthly newsletter april 1st that will be sent via e mail to subscribers. We have compiled a large e mail list that will also help out a lot to get more bookings into your cabin. The newsletter will have a history spotlight, off season specials, vacation packages, coupon savings and lots of Island Park information.
We also advertise in newspapers, state fairs and word of mouth but most of our guests come from the Internet. In the future if we still need to we can look at roadside bill board advertising as well.
Reservation Services:
We have an existing reservation service that was started aprox. 3 years ago and has grown a lot in that time. We now represent private cabins as well as lodges and resorts in Island Park. We will book your cabin before we send guest to other locations throughout Island Park, unless guests specifically requests a peticular place they
would rather stay.
Then of course it would be our responsibility to do that.
