High demand for our cabins prompted us to add to our original facility in Georgia. In The Spring of 2002, we built a second 25,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Delta Colorado. In only a short time, the two plants are about neck and neck in production offering efficient delivery and service across the country.
NDI (National Design Institute) approves all our floor plans, and we are committed to RPTIA and all individual state guidelines. In fact we undergo more than five unannounced production audits annually to maintain our high building standards.

FRAME
We build our cabins inside and out starting with up to a 12” Jr. I-beam steel frame, cross members, outriggers and a removable hitch, all coated with a special rust inhibitor. Not only that, rugged 4 ply tires & wheels on up to 5 axles, with electric brakes, promise prompt reliable delivery.
FOUNDATION
To the frame, we secure our foundation, a 2 x 6 pine floor joist system surrounded by a double 2 x 6 perimeter rail providing added structural
