Next meeting and potluck luncheon will be next July 8th, 2006 We would like to have a potluck luncheon for our subdivision so everyone can get together and get to know each other.

YALE CREEK PROPERTY GROUP
Dear Yale Creek Property owners, July 09, 2005 we the people of Yale creek subdivision met once again, It was a very successful meeting. Yeah for those who made it. We want to keep you informed of our goings on,---so here is the break down. We voted on two groups----Yale Creek Property Group or Road Repair Committee. Yale Creek Property Group won the votes. Here are the tallies below.
Yale Creek Property Group ----42 votes Road Repair Committee--14 votes Undecided and voted for both--9 Total votes ---65, we had ninety-nine people in attendance ( We have to realize that if we have ninety-nine in attendance most of those were couples voting as couples--so with that in mind we did fairly well )
We also collected in money---- Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty dollars for the roads, and signs for roads. This money will be put in a banking account under Yale Creek Property Group. The check signers will be Dave Mason, Nancy Doyle, and Kirk Mund---It has been decided that, because Bank of Idaho is so close, it is the best choice. Nancy Doyle was Treasurer in the last Home Owners Group---She has informed us we still have an estimated sixteen hundred dollars available, Nancy has volunteered to stay on as Treasurer, and will transfer that amount to our new account, that brings our total to an estimated amount of Eleven Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty dollars ! WOW !!!! We also had many people who donated time, equipment, or materials. We are amazed that not even a fourth of the people who own property were there and we still came out with a good amount of funds, but, keep in mind-- the roads will cost a lot more than this to repair ! Can you imagine if all the property owners paid or contributed time, equipment, or materials how wonderful our subdivision would look in a short time. If we could have collected one hundred and fifty dollars from even, just half the owners, we would have had over Twenty-two thousand dollars ! Wouldn't that be nice ? Just think what your one-hundred and fifty dollars for one year could do, when combined with everyone else's one-hundred and fifty dollars.
Also the Yale Creek Subdivision Sign frame was built by Kirk Mund, Dave Mason, and his father Lloyd Mason, and it is ready for the roof and the sign to be placed which will cost over three -hundred dollars for just the sign. We want to give a big hand to Doug and Connie Carrell whom has generously offered to pay three hundred dollars for the sign when it is ready. Thank You Doug & Connie !!! You're Great !!! We also want to thank Kirk Mund, Dave & Lloyd Mason for all their hard work on this sign !!! And thanks to Kirk Mund For the use of tools, material, guidance and forklift for placing sign in it's place.
Now we want to Introduce you to the Yale Creek Property Group Committee ! Remember these are all people who want the same things for their subdivision as you, this is all volunteer, and they are representing all our interest under our (our, as in property group ) guidance. We also want to recognize the Neighborhood Watch Program, Ted Denney has collected one hundred and seventy- five dollars for this program. the Deputy whom spoke mention, that to get this implemented we needed to contribute around five dollars per each property owner, per year for signs and etc....This program will take some time to get set up, but will be well worth it. We will also need volunteers to help-preferably ones whom live in I.P. year round. We would like to thank Ted Denney for all his efforts and hard work. Thanks Ted !
