When canceling outside the 60 day window prior to your arrival the funds you have paid are refundable except
credit card fees & travel insurance if added. When canceling within the 60 day window the funds you have paid
are non-refundable unless we can rebook your dates. If we can, you will get a refund minus $75.00 re-booking
fee, 3% credit card fees & Insurance. Early departure does not warrant any kind of refund. All cancellations
must be confirmed in writing. An e-mail is sufficient with a follow up phone call.
