About the Property
Set in a quiet, natural setting, this multi-level cabin is designed for comfort and functionality. Large windows throughout the home capture surrounding mountain and water views, while open living spaces allow guests to gather comfortably. The layout includes multiple sleeping areas, offering privacy and flexibility for larger groups.
Sleeping Arrangements
Main-level primary bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom.
Upper-level bedroom with a king bed and ladder loft featuring a twin bunk bed.
Second upper-level bedroom with a queen bed.
Third upper-level bedroom with a queen bed.
Garage apartment bedroom with a queen bed, available during summer months only.
Additional sleeping areas in the garage apartment include two triple bunk beds in the living space and a loft with two single beds.
Living Area
The main living space features large picture windows, comfortable seating, and a wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting environment for relaxing after a day of adventure.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, cookware, and utensils. A large dining table seats eight guests, with additional seating available at the kitchen island. A washer and dryer with detergent provided are also available for guest use.
Bathrooms
The cabin includes four bathrooms, including a main-level bathroom with a steam shower, an upstairs bathroom with a tub and shower combination, a primary ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a full bathroom located in the garage apartment.
Outdoor Space
Outdoor amenities include a private hot tub, a fire pit where guests may bring their own firewood, a BBQ grill with propane provided, and access to a shared community boat launch located across the street on the Island Park Reservoir.

Amenities include free WiFi, satellite TV, a DVD player, fresh linens and towels, complimentary trash pickup, and gated community access.
Important Information
This property does not include air conditioning. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and camp trailers, RVs, and tents are not permitted. Due to gated community access, arrivals must occur before 11 PM. The garage apartment is not available during winter months.
Location and Access
Located on Bills Island, this cabin offers easy access to Island Park Reservoir water activities, fishing at Henry’s Lake, the Madison River, and Hebgen Lake, as well as nearby hiking trails and local attractions including Upper and Lower Mesa Falls. The West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park is approximately 35–40 minutes away.
Getting Around
Guests will need to make sure they have their own vehicle. Summer months are fine with a small car but four wheel drive is a must in the winter!
