Set in the Centennial Shores Subdivision, this multi-level lodge features expansive views of the Centennial Mountains and Island Park Reservoir. The layout includes a main living area and separate guest quarters above the garage, allowing groups to spread out while still enjoying shared spaces.
Sleeping Arrangements
Primary bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom.

Separate living quarters above the garage with two double beds and two twin beds.
Living Area
The main living space includes comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and large windows that capture the surrounding views. An additional sitting area is located upstairs, providing a quiet place to relax and unwind.
Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, cookware, and utensils for meal preparation. The dining table seats eight guests, with additional seating available at the kitchen counter. A small kitchenette is located in the guest quarters above the garage and includes a sink and compact refrigerator.
Bathrooms
The lodge includes three and a half bathrooms, including a primary ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, shared full bathrooms, and a three-quarter bathroom located in the guest quarters.
Outdoor Space
Outdoor features include a large wraparound deck with scenic views, a covered private hot tub located in the game room, and a BBQ grill with propane provided. Guests also have access to a nearby community park and shared boat docks for day use.
Amenities
Amenities include high-speed WiFi with Starlink streaming speeds, smart TVs, fresh linens and towels, a pool table, a ping pong table, ample parking, and complimentary trash pickup. Exterior security cameras are installed for safety purposes.
Important Information
This property does not include air conditioning. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and camp trailers, RVs, and tents are not permitted. Maximum occupancy limits must be observed at all times.
Location and Access
Located in Centennial Shores, this lodge offers quick access to the Island Park Reservoir, a private waterfront park, and miles of groomed ATV trails that can be accessed directly from the property. Horseback riding is available nearby at Eagle Ridge Ranch, and the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park is approximately 35 miles away.
Getting Around
Guests will need to make sure they have their own vehicle. Summer months are fine with a small car but four wheel drive is a must in the winter!
