Sleeping Arrangements

The main level includes two private bedrooms with queen beds.
The basement level offers two bedrooms with two queen beds each and an additional bedroom with one queen bed.
The upper level includes a private bedroom with a queen bed and a loft area furnished with two queen beds, a couch, and a foosball table.

Living Areas

The main floor living room features a gas rock fireplace and comfortable seating for group gatherings. A second family room in the basement provides additional space with satellite television and a propane fireplace.

Kitchen and Dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a large dining table and small appliances suited for group cooking, including a griddle, drip coffee maker, blender, mixer, crockpot, and large beverage pitchers. A washer and dryer with detergent are available for guest use.

This property does not include air conditioning. Pets are not permitted, smoking is prohibited, and camp trailers, RVs, and tents are not allowed.

Location and Access

The lodge is located near Sawtelle Mountain, approximately 22 miles from Yellowstone National Park’s West Entrance. Grocery stores and gas stations are less than one mile away. Miles of snowmobile and ATV trails are easily accessible from the area.

For larger groups, this lodge may be rented together with the neighboring property, Huckleberry Inn, for expanded lodging capacity. Separate pricing applies.

Comfortable for our group size. Could have used a few more kitchen appliances and utensils, like a griddle, more pots, pans and utensils. Also wish there was bigger area for snowmobile clothes and gear

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay at Huckleberry lodge with a terrific living room, dining area and loads of bedrooms. The house had a delayed cleaning but the property manager and the owner made a great effort to accomodate us and were gracious in giving us an extra night due to the delayed cleaning. The kitchen had good utensils and tons of dishes. We found it easy to cook in the kitchen. The hot tub was the biggest bummer with it needing some deep cleaning. It was beautifully situated with it's own little roof - so cute. We were told that it was drained and cleaned right before our arrival but when we turned on the bubbles, some crud came out of the pipes that caused the water to have little dark floaters of crud in it. I alerted the owners so I hope this will get fixed. The hot tub in snow is a huge plus but this stuff that came out of the pipes was a bit gross. Unsure what was growing in the pipes but some mold? Had to shower thoroughly after the hot tub and didn't use it again. If the hot tub is cleaned, this place is fabulous and we'd stay again.

Fantastic Location

I was invited to vacation with my brother's family and was very happy with this home. I had seen a review from a previous renter, they expressed concern about the amount of available hot water. Things must have changed, there is a tankless water heater that provided hot water for all 14 of us! There are plenty of rooms and beds for all, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare food, and the location is perfect. The only downside is the placement of the foosball table in the loft next to the television. It would be better elsewhere, kids playing while others are watching TV is annoying. I recommend staying here and would love to return.

Best Family Trip Ever

The cabin was more breath taking in person! We had a family reunion with 14 of us! It was clean and spacious and the welcome gift was a nice touch! We were close to West Yellowstone and it was a great retreat after along day of visiting Yellowstone. If you are looking for a perfect place to have a large family gathering!!! We will be back !!!

Walking distance to a nice grocery story, 30 minutes to Yellowstone. Beautiful interior with hiking out the back of the home. Two washer dryer sets. Waffle Iron and nice blender. We were very comfortable. Didnt need AC even in the end of July

Property was great!

Would stay here again and again, it is truly a great place to be. Some of the other properties in the Island Park area are so far off the highway and it makes it hard to come and go when needed. This place on the other hand is less than a minute off the main highway but surrounded by trees so you don't see or even really hear the cars, it's great! We had a group of 19 stay and there were beds for all of us as long as you sleep two per queen. The rooms are nice, the bathrooms worked well, (we did have a leak in the basement bathroom ceiling but only when the main floor shower was used, we called and let them know about the issue, so I'm sure that will be a non issue for future guests). Tons of dishes, silverware and pots and pans so leave all that home and come enjoy this place. Oh yeah the hot tub was amazing too! Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay at Huckleberry Lodge

It was clean and well stocked with supplies. Great treats were waiting for us. The layout of the lodge was perfect for our large family with adequate personal space and areas to get together. Any time we looked for something we needed it was there. Only thing we had problem with was the grill only partly worked but we managed.

Beautiful Cabin with Plenty of Space

This cabin was perfect for accommodating a large group of people; our group consisted of 8 adults adults and 8 kids. Very roomy with a large living room area as well as separate living spaces on each level. The hot tub was a wonderful addition to our snowy New Years visit.
