Best equipment cabin kitchen I have ever seen!!!

We spent a fantastic week in this cabin it met our needs wonderfully well. We had a couple of glitches that were corrected quickly. Our only suggestion me were for the size of groups that this cabin serves an additional fridge and additional trash can would be great.

Better than it looks

The pictures online did not do this cabin justice. It was much nicer inside than it looked. The rooms were large, the master suite was lovely, and two of the rooms had lofts which made putting little children to bed very convenient. We were a family of 25 and only had to put three children on sleeping bags in the family room. There were a lot of stairs to climb so that part would not be good for someone in a wheelchair, Although there is a lift chair in the garage. It was very convenient to the horseback riding and the lake activities, And was only a half hour from Yellowstone Park. We would stay there again, although we wish they'd have had some ping pong table or pool table for the teenagers. I gave it a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness because the screens on the windows needed washing and the outside area could have been hosed down, but the inside and the beds were very clean. Overall we have a lovely stay, and would give it a 4.7 rating

Great *5-Stars

We enjoyed our stay, there were 25 of us and we had plenty of room. The cabin was well organized, there was plenty of soap and shampoo and laundry detergent. The cabin was convenient to the horse riding and the lake. The upstairs bedrooms were hot, and a fan and every bedroom would have been very helpful. Also a second fridge out in the garage would be helpful for that big of a cabin with that many people staying in it. But overall, a five-star rating

Great Place for a Family Get Together

Granma and I hosted everyone of our kids and grandkids for a week -- 21 in total. Ranged in ages from 1.2 to, well, north of 70. The property could have not been better for us. You have to be careful who you assign to the bedroom on the main floor becuase it's adjacent to the kitchen (we could have done better with that decision!!). The huge garage was a plus for us, as we used it as the meeting place in the evenings, away from many of the bedrooms. The beds, the furnishings, etc. are great. Having owned short-term rentals near a national park and at the beach, we know the what to appreciate. We would recommend this property to large families for a get together like we had. Thanks to the owners for sharing it with us!!!

This was a great place for our family get together!! We had 21 people -- all of Grandma and my kids and grandkids. We enjoyed the property. The beds and the furnishings are in great shape. It was very comfortable. One caution. Be selective who is assigned the bedroom on the main floor, as it is adjacent to the kitchen, which can get noisy in the morning when

Awesome place for a large group

Loved the area and the house set up. Check in was a little confusing because the property had multiple lock boxes. I loved that the kitchen had labels on the cabinets and was stocked with everything we needed to cook. It was also convenient that the address was on outside doors. Some bedding had not been washed, but we didn’t use all the beds so that was ok. We did have to rerun the dishwasher upon arrival also. Just minor things.

Great for large group.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. I appreciated that the cabinets were labeled with what was inside in the kitchen. The light switches were also labeled and the address was on each exterior door. The kitchen dishes weren’t all cleaned when we arrived and there was one bed with dirty sheets. Nothing that wasn’t easily fixable.

Winchester Lodge

We had a great 3 day stay just after Christmas at Winchester Cabin. It was very roomy and had plenty of beds for everyone. The WiFi was nice since our phone reception was spotty inside the cabin. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The cabin instructions said to bring your own toiletries, however, they did have hotel style bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. That was nice. Plenty of bath towels and hot tub towels. Also, the owner of the storage unit next door is very serious about anyone parking in her lot. Overall, we had a great stay and would book again.

Labor Day weekend Stay

Beautiful cabin, 35min drive to Yellowstone west gate, fully equipped kitchen and very spacious cabin. Seemed a bit off the beaten path and private, good fit for our family of 11. plenty of room for more!

Very enjoyable long weekend vacation. Lodge was more than enough room for our family of 11! Very clean and well equipped. Overwhelmed with crowds at Yellowstone, but we all enjoyed our cabin time. Hot tub, spacious kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and layout of cabin saved our vacation!
