Great Place to Stay

This was our second stay at Buffalo River Retreat, and we would stay again! We highly recommend this cabin. Approximately a 30-minute drive to West Yellowstone and the entrance to Yellowstone NP. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at the cabin; we had plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone for the week; and the beds were comfortable after a long day of exploring everything Yellowstone has to offer.

Trip to Island Park Cabin!

We loved our stay. We only had one mishap - a wine glass that was sitting out on the counter while we were gone cracked and broke! We aren't sure how it happened - it was fine when we drank from it! It was a warm day? In any event we threw it away.

This was the perfect place for us to stay with my parents...

This was the perfect place for us to stay with my parents-in-law. It is a little bit of a drive from Yellowstone, but has a full kitchen - which is what we needed. It is very quiet at night and you won't miss AC.

Buffalo River Retreat

This place was well stocked with towels, cleaning supplies and kitchen items. We are both short - 5'2'. The king bed in the bedroom downstairs was a challenge to get into - a stool would have helped. We did manage with a little practice to get into the bed.

Great place to stay very quaint, quiet, and about 20 miles from West Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park however don't forget the mosquito repellent.
